1. NATURE OF SERVICES: INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY AGENCY
We act exclusively as an independent third-party agency for cross-border travel, accommodation, and dental appointment coordination (including dental implant consultations and treatments). We function solely as an administrative agent for these matters and do not represent any hospital, dental clinic, or medical institution in any capacity. We are NOT a medical provider and do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, treatment plan recommendations, or interpretation of medical information regarding dental implants or any other procedures.

2. EXCLUSION OF MEDICAL LIABILITY
All dental services (including implant surgery, follow-up care, and related treatments) are provided independently by third-party hospitals or clinics voluntarily selected by the Client. We exercise no control over the medical diagnosis or treatment processes of these institutions and assume NO direct or indirect liability for any medical consequences (including but not limited to surgical failure, complications, malpractice, or medical disputes) arising from services provided by said institutions. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the selection of a medical institution is their independent decision, and we make no warranty or guarantee regarding the qualifications, quality of care, or treatment outcomes of any selected institution.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The Client acknowledges and fully understands that cross-border travel and dental implant surgery (an invasive dental procedure) involve inherent risks. These include, but are not limited to: surgical risks (e.g., hemorrhage, infection, implant failure, nerve damage), travel risks (e.g., flight delays or cancellations affecting treatment schedules), post-operative risks (e.g., challenges with follow-up care in the U.S.), and risks associated with information asymmetry in cross-border medical treatment. The Client independently assumes all such risks and any resulting losses. It is the Client's sole responsibility to secure appropriate insurance (including cross-border medical, travel, and accident insurance) applicable to dental implant treatment; we do not provide insurance recommendations or brokerage services.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE FEE POLICY
The one-time Consulting Service Fee of USD $299 covers professional services including hospital matching, dental appointment coordination, and cross-border itinerary planning. This fee is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once services are rendered. The service is deemed fully rendered upon the successful confirmation of the dental implant treatment appointment with the Client's selected hospital. No refunds will be issued for any reason (including the Client's voluntary cancellation of the trip/treatment, change of mind, or change of medical institution) after this confirmation.

5. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to the provision of these agency services shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and Taiwan). The Client irrevocably agrees that the People's Courts of Beijing Municipality shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes, and hereby waives the right to initiate litigation or arbitration in any other jurisdiction, including but not limited to the courts of the United States.
